Slip-clay is poured into plaster aborting mould, being formed and left it for maturing and drying, we got green product ready for drying under the hot sun. |
| Glazing and firing: |
Dried green products are glazed and fired by wooden kiln 72 hours and 24 hours for cooling or by gas kiln during 24 hours continuously at 1100 - 1150 degree Celsius and 06-08 hours for cooling by gas kiln. |
| Use: |
Our high-fired slip molded products are recommended for indoor using. And if being well-treated by water proof EPOXY, they can be used for outdoor decoratio. |
