Raw material: |
BlackClay pots are made from raw clay from river bed is unearthed, mixed with sand and ground to get smooth and plastic clay. |
Molding: |
Ready clay is cut into 10-13 mm thick, and formed in plaster aborting mould; leave it for maturing and drying. |
Drying and firing: |
Dried green pots fired by wooden kiln at 1200 - 1250 degree Celsius during 04-05 days continuously and 2 days for cooling. |
Use: |
They are high-fired stone wares, could be used in all weather condition. |
