Outdoor Ceramic

Material: Mixture of white, red, yellow and grey clays is dipped in water for 24 hours. Then mixtures is blended and ground to have fine and plastic clay.
Molding: Ready clay is cut into 10-13 mm thick, and formed in plaster mould; leave it for maturing in house from 6 to 24 hours and drying under the hot sun outside for 3-6 days.
Glazing and firing: Dried green pots are glazed and fired by wooden kiln at 1150 - 1200 degree Celsius during 03 - 5 days continuously and 2 days for cooling.
Use: Our high-fired hand-molded products are unaffected by freeze thaw circle, they could be used for outdoor all the yearlong without fear of cracking.
